NEXT100 Awards Program
CIO&Leader’s NEXT100 awards are exclusively and meticulously curated through a jury process that identifies and recognizes IT managers with the potential to become future CIOs. With this in mind, CIO&Leader is launching a CIO Institute to prepare the next generation of IT managers for the role of CIO. The program’s objective is to equip aspiring and future CIOs with the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of a CIO.
This will be achieved through regular transfer of information and expertise from senior and experienced industry leaders via relevant, periodic, and structured interactions, courses, and programs. 9.9 Group has pioneered the Next100 program, a rigorous jury award process designed to identify and recognize IT managers with the potential to become CIOs. As of 2024, 1500 winners have been awarded through the Next100 program.

➤ Since 2010, the 9dot9 Group has been organizing the NEXT100 awards program
➤ The purpose of NEXT100 awards has been to identify and recognize IT managers who have the potential to become CIOs
➤ We currently have a pool of 1,500 NEXT100 award winners (2010 – 2024)
➤ While the NEXT100 program does good job of identifying talent, there is a need to provide additional support to the pool of winners to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to fulfill the role of the CIO
➤ This knowledge and skill is available with senior leaders in the industry (CIOs and experts) given their vast experience and expertise
➤ CIO&Leader Institute aims to bridge the knowledge gap to between aspiring CIOs and industry leaders through relevant, periodic and structured interactions
