Need for CIO&Leader Institute

CIO&Leader’s NEXT100 program is exclusively and meticulously curated through a jury process that identifies and recognizes IT managers with the potential to become future CIOs.

CIO Leadership Path

With this in mind, CIO&Leader is launching a CIO Institute to prepare the next generation of IT managers for the role of CIO. The program’s objective is to equip aspiring and future CIOs with the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of a CIO.

CIO Training Program

This will be achieved through regular transfer of information and expertise from senior and experienced industry leaders via relevant, periodic, and structured interactions, courses, and programs.

Next100 Program

9.9 Group has pioneered the Next100 program, a rigorous jury award process designed to identify and recognize IT managers with the potential to become CIOs. As of 2024, 1500 winners have been awarded through the Next100 program.

Selection Process

The selection process includes a multiple-choice entrance examination, scheduled for Sunday, January 5, 2025. Successful candidates will be notified by January 17, 2025, with program enrollment closing on January 25, 2025.
